This resolution would reject IDAPA 16.02.08 relating to Vital Statistics Section 201, Subsection 06.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no fiscal impact to the proposed legislation. This legislation will not bring additional cost to the State
or local government. Rejecting an administrative rule is already incorporated into the legislative process.
