STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This legislation would end all legal 
abortion
in Idaho, without exception. It provides legislative intent, repeals
abortion in Idaho, without exception. It provides legislative intent, repeals
a section of Idaho code that prohibits the prosecution of
abortion as murder, defines terms, directs the Attorney
