CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO

ARTICLE XIII IMMIGRATION AND LABOR

Section 8.  Duties and compensation of commissioner. The commissioner of immigration, labor and statistics shall perform such duties and receive such compensation as may be prescribed by law.
