STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This legislations would prohibit the transfer or expenditure of public monies to any individual or organization
which is a provider of 
abortion
services, except where the prohibition is expressly not permitted by federal law.

FISCAL NOTE
There is no cost to any level of government in Idaho associated with this legislation. While specific savings
are difficult to quantify as a result of lack of data regarding providers of

services, it is anticipated that
